What is the NOMAD house I?
The "Nomad house I" is a highly customizable and sustainable modular building. You can place it by a fjord, lake or river, deep in a forest, at the edge of a field, at a steep mountain hill or in a city.
Customizability
Make it fit for all your needs and wishes. Choose between three different house sizes, set the orientation of the roof and adjust the buildings shape. Furthermore, work with the room layouts and adjust the size of the living room and bathroom or add additional bedrooms. The choice is yours.
Sustainability
It has never been more important to care about nature. Therefore, the use of natural and local available construction and insulation materials has been a priority during planning. Additionally, each building will be constructed according to Passive House Standards. In other words, you will have a very healthy, comfortable and efficient home. Moreover, as the orientation of the roof can be changed, you are able to optimize easily your building for harvesting clean solar energy from the sun.
